Big thank you to Holly Li and the team at HLG. They helped me resolve my MVA case from 2019. The process of resolving a claim was entirely new to me and my own insurance, offending party's insurance, and a separate attorney did not provide much help. I was very close to resigning and just taking a small bit of cash the offending party's insurance company would give me after I rejected their initial offer. A friend connected me to Holly Li and HLG. We began the process early 2020. Holly Li was very knowledgeable and accessible. The process took a while, more so due to the parties they had to get responses from, but was finally resolved recently and during the pandemic no less. The amount reimbursed for expenses was 10x what the offending party's insurance was offering. I've become very disillusioned with insurance companies through this process and am very grateful for HLG's help during this challenging year.
