Being in a car accident is certainly a stressful and difficult situation, but having an experienced lawyer by your side is paramount. I'm glad I contacted Sylvia Cabrera from Herrmann Law Group. She laid out clearly the next steps and it was simple and easy to contract her services. Working with them, I know I have the best team by my side!

Herrmann Law Group has represented me in 3 separate auto accidents. Sadly, I've been rear-ended 3 times in the last 4 years. After the first accident, I tried to tough it out and realized weeks later my back was messed up, and needed treatment. The facility I went to recommended Julie Hwang from Herrmann Law Group. She came out and did all the paperwork with me. FYI, you do not need to talk to the other guys insurance company, that's what attorneys are for. The first time I was hit, their insurance offered me $250 to settle the claim. I kind of chuckled saying, Wow I haven't even been to the doctor yet, you have no idea how injured I am, how could there be any discussion of a settlement? Have an attorney take care of it, they are well worth their fee. If only for the sole purpose of not getting bullied and demeaned by the insurance companies. Insurance claim reps are paid to settle for as little as possible, But it's a good thing that there are Great law firms out there like Herrmann Law Group who will represent the little guys and stand up to the insurance companies.
