We are a company based in LA for warehouse business. One of our warehouse in Washington had some dispute with the landlord. I tried to find a lawyer in Washington state and I met Leo. I didn't have much experience to work with lawyer before. Leo and Leah they are so patient in answering my questions. I hired Shanze Partnership to present my business entity between March 2022 to July 2022. We had a business case against the State. It is a tough case because we are not only fighting for a lawsuit, but also fighting with the state. The attorney Leo Wang and Chris assisted and supported us from the beginning to the end.They are very professional and supportive. Chris and Leo presented us in the hearing in June 2022, and it took about 3 days for the hearing. It was really tough, but they did a great job to help us! I give them 5 stars based on their great performance and professionalism!

KEEP SEARCHING FOR AN ATTORNEY!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME I was being sued for a personal guarantee of a commercial lease.  I hired Zhizhou(Leo) Wang to negotiate a way out for me.  To this end, all I had in the way of documentation were the lease and personal guarantee.  According to the bill, it took his associate many hours to read the lease and personal guarantee, something that should have taken an hour or maybe and hour and a half tops.  By the time Leo Wang got around to my case 2 months later, they had already spent most of my retainer ($5000), this caused me paying an additional $1,656.86 beyond the retainer.  While I did not expect a fixed fee arrangement and I knew that it was possible to exceed the initial deposit, I feel that he and his staff ran up the bill resulting in excessive fees to me in the end. He took 4months for a simple settlement that was not even taken into the court and charged me total of $6656.86. They grossly took advantage of me in this case by overstating time spent and performing unnecessary tasks to the success of the case. Please don't ever come here! Worst attorney experience I ever had.

Awesome lawyers very helpful

It's what's expected when you hire an attorney. Professionalism. Sommer Clement however was much more than just a professional in her work on our legal case. She was thorough in her work, extremely insightful in her advice, and really took the time to understand not just our side, but both sides of the litigation. Beyond just the facts of the case, I think it is this thorough understanding of both sides that ultimately led to our favorable judgement. Sommer was able to lay out and present the facts of our case that made it difficult for anyone to dispute. Even a layman like myself was able to follow the logic of her presentation. She was patient in her listening to our concerns, wasn’t hesitant in asking tough questions, and was able to navigate our course through the arbitration process expertly. Most importantly, Sommer and her firm showed amazing tenacity in their search for facts in the mounds of documents both sides provided. I was just so impressed with the thoroughness their entire team. They were able to find things that proved our case that even I had forgotten. Lastly, Sommer's personality, insightful demeanor, and amazing work ethics made the whole process just so much easier to deal with. The on-going update communication she provided allowed for a level of comfort in knowing where we were at at all times. A good person, Sommer is also an amazing attorney.

Sommer was appointed to head our arbitration case and was a professional from beginning to end. She is very detailed, thorough, and advocated well on our behalf. She was always available to answer any questions and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely hire Sommer again for any future legal needs.
