I called, looking for help with a legal issue for my parents. They were quick to respond and although they themselves don't practice in the area that I needed help, they were quick to direct me in the direction I needed to go and who I needed to reach out to. Leann went above and beyond and I'm very thankful for her kindness!

Sarah Liche text me after I left a message with the firm. She let me know my case wasn't the type of case they take, but encouraged me to call her so she could help me find someone to help me. When I called she was so helpful with what I should do to find the right firm. Wow. She didn't have to help me at all. But she did! She was so understanding and sweet. Thank you Sarah. Huge help! Got a HOV ticket and since my car insurance is so high I decided to find a lawyer to help get it removed or reduced to something that will not be an insurance hit. Called Emerald City Law Group, I left a message to have my call returned. The callback was quick, they clearly explained how everything works, paid $350, and they took care of everything! Don't have to show to the court hearings or nothing. Got my ticket reduced to no seatbelt paid the fine. You have nothing to lose if they can't get you a reduced or removed ticket they will refund your money. Thanks for the help and hope too not need your services again :)
