I called Moseley Collins Law in hopes of finding out if I had a medical malpractice suit and what my next steps should be. Completely new territory for me. Patricia Ynzunza phoned me back soon after the holiday weekend. She explained to me, very candidly that however unfortunate it was that I had experienced (and was continuing to experience) the results of a botched surgery, that it was not really a suit that their firm would pursue. They were more of a specialty firm, if you will. She spent quite a bit of time with me on the phone, explaining how these sorts of things worked and provided me with a list of mal attorneys in the state of Washington. I was very impressed with Patricia and in fact a day or two later, she followed up to see if I needed any other questions answered. Now, who does that knowing they're not going to be working with you? Thank you, Patricia. We may never speak again, but you've renewed my faith in humanity a bit.
