Sarah Licha proved to be a valued human being. Because of my recent situation, I was in terribly distress. I spoke to Ms. Licha rudely and impatiently. However, Ms. Lisha remained calm and appropriate. And although the firm could not help, Ms. Licha took it upon herself to text me important follow-up information. Ms.Licha’s willingness to go beyond the call of duty, to demonstrate empathy, and to use her own time to assemble resources that are actually relevant and helpful proves that Ms. Sarah Licha goes the EXTRA extra mile in representing her firm.
