After reaching out to the Seattle city council, the mayor, and governor with no response I decided to try the city attorney's office. The next morning I received a call from Joe. I couldn't believe it. I was feeling so defeated after a year of doing everything I could think of. He patiently listened and advised me of my options offering assistance if needed.
