Excellent customer service Licha was a great listener and added value to my goal. Also, was sincere about my situation.

I spent a lot of time on the phone today in search of an attorney who could help me. Every call not only told me they specialize in different areas than my situation, but do to that, the calls were very short, often curt and of absolutely no value. My experience was entirely different when I called Moseley Collins Law. I was greeted with a warm friendly hello and then she took my name and number to pass on to someone else in the office who could talk with me. Even though they unfortunately don't practice law in my particular situation, Patricia Ynzunza still took the time to call me back to give me information about who to contact and she pointed me in the right direction. She was compassionate and treated me like I mattered. Unlike the other calls that were so cold and impersonal, this one stood out. They were caring and helpful. This call was memorable and they are the ones that I will send my friends or family to if they ever need that.
