Jeremy Yates was a great find for me. I had interviewed two attorneys in elder law, estates and wills prior and they asked more than twice the price for the same product. Mr. Yates did his homework and was all ready for me when I arrived for our meetings. He also found ways to accommodate a couple of my special need requests, even though my will was basically traditional. I highly recommend. I also chose him because I am old and he is young, and I wanted my heirs to work with the same attorney that remembered me and my intentions.

I felt that I was in a predicament when the Department of Justice got serious about charges. I has used Casey before but not to the extent that her talents were discovered. (It is like driving a Porsche at 30mph. It doesn't act differently than other cars.) I asked some of the most senior criminal attorneys in Seattle who they would recommend and ended up back with Casey again. Where her talents became known was (1) helping come to the decision that a plea agreement was in my own best interests, and (2) in her preparation and assistance with the sentencing hearing. Her sentencing memo was the most articulate and persuasive rendering of my case that anyone had written in the past four years and her work with all involved was convincing and directive. Regardless of what happened during sentencing I felt like we had put our best foot forward and achieved as much as we could. I felt at peace with the outcome.

Fairly new to Seattle, a family member needed a lawyer. Immediately. Involved with an alleged bar fight and needed immediate legal assistance. Called Ms. Stamm and worked with her via phone for the entire process, as I am an out-of-state client. We dealt with many contradictory witness statements, which added a level of complexity to the case. She was incredibly detailed and honest from start to finish. Great knowledge and an overall fantastic job helping me through this tough time. The case was dismissed and I am forever grateful for Ms. Stamm's help! Casey did a tremendous job helping me get through a very difficult situation last year. All said and done she was able to get a felony charge reduced to a misdemeanor and eventually dismissed. This was the first time that I had got into any serious legal trouble as an adult and was very worried about it ruining my career or even having to go to jail. I was referred to Casey by a lawyer I hired as a juvenile and from the very first time I met with her, I was confident in trusting her with my case. She is extremely intelligent and was very professional, friendly and honest throughout the entire process. We called Ms. Stamm after our son had a domestic violence charge in a complex situation. It was his first charge and we didn't know what to do or how to help him. Fortunately someone gave us Ms Stamm's name. Right from the first meeting I knew that she was a professional and knew what to do. She is direct, organized, and knew how to talk to my son who was reticent to talk about the situation with anyone. Additionally, she worked well with my husband and I, giving us enough information for us to feel comfortable, but also respecting the boundaries of the attorney-client relationship with our son. In the end the charge was dismissed and I believe it was because of her excellent work. I would recommend her without any hesitation for someone who finds themselves or their child in a difficult legal situation. She is definitely a 5 star attorney. Casey is a joy to work with. Due to false accusations, my wife and I have each needed her services once, and she came through both times with dismissals. Unlike many lawyers, she will not overstate your position to get your business, but will give you an honest appraisal, and in our case, over deliver. She is also careful with your money and returned amounts from the retainer both times. I cannot say enough good things about Casey. Cassandra is a top notch attorney who I would recommend to anyone. She helped my son and our family thru an intensely difficult situation. My son who had never been in any trouble got a drug charge, chose to go thru Drug Court so it would not be on his record. When Drug Court did not go well, and he was facing a year in a treatment facility. Cassandra stepped in and helped him get his best legal outcome. Her preparation for court was organized, thorough and effective. Beyond the courtroom, she directly addressed my son with the personal changes he needed to make in his life. Cassandras ability to relate to my son helped influence him to take an account of his actions and take personal responsiblity. Cassandra is an effective and compassionate attorney.

Jeremy was very helpful with answering all of our questions. He also asked us questions that helped us discuss and figure out our best options. I have recommended him to other couples that have been dragging their feet on getting their will done.
