David took my personal injury case after several other lawyers had determined it was too difficult to fight a big insurance company and the case was too complex. He managed to get a very reasonable settlement. Without his help I would likely have received nothing. I highly recommend David Vogel. He's not afraid to tackle difficult cases.

After several unsuccessful attempts at finding an attorney to take my case (including one attorney who stated my case didn't have the "wow" factor), I was almost to the point of giving up. I then had the fortune of meeting Mr. Vogel. From our first conversation over the phone to our eventual meeting a few days later, I knew I had found the right attorney to represent me. David was extremely down to earth and easy to talk with. He expressed a real sincere interest in me and the facts of my case, and made the whole legal process easy to understand and a lot less overwhelming. I was put at ease from the start. The case went on for nearly three years and eventually settled on the eve of trial. During this time there were many twists and turns, and highs and lows. One thing however remained constant, David's perseverance and unwavering determination to leave no stone unturned. He kept me consistently informed on all matters, upbeat when needed and was always just a phone call away. It is with all certainty that I state, that if were not for the attributes of David S. Vogel the successful outcome of this case would not have been possible.

David represented me in a civil matter - personal injury case - and he applied himself 100% to obtaining a settlement that was in my best interests. He takes a personal role in his cases but that gets in the way sometimes. Since he takes your call himself, sometimes you can be in the middle of a conversation and he gets disrupted. This is a minor issue however. If he feels that your case is worth pursuing he definitely gives all he has. Nicole, his Paralegal, is awesome and always follows through.
