She is money motivated ONLY ! I can’t express how she mishandled and fumbled my case. I spent 10’s ($48,000 to be exact) of thousands of dollars only to be in a worse place than before due to her lack of preparation and knowledge of a case. Despite being hired through multiple motions. She failed communicate on multiple times to a judge a clear cut and dry case of contempt. She wanted to settle the parenting plan which was not in my favor. It was like she worked for or knew the opposing council. She was outsmarted and out witted in all aspects against the opposing council.

I hired Goldberg Jones to handle my divorce after a twenty two year marriage and Dylana Jones was assigned to my case. She did an excellent job explaining the law to me fought off attempts by opposing cousel to get more money for my wife. She transferred to Wakefield Legal and finished the case on time and budget. I found Dylana also to be helpful in dealing with the emotional issues that I experienced. Overall she did an excellent job.

She made errors in forms and declarations. When I pointed them out she just pushed for my signature and then never corrected the errors. She acted annoyed when I asked her to correct errors. Her work was sloppy and cost me a signature amount of money as things needed to be redrafted and submitted. Thankfully, she left the firm

I found Dylana Jones to be a great Attorney, we recently finished my custody case. I initially hired McKinley Irvin and dropped them when i realized how much more i was paying on billed hrs than what i would pay with another firm. Dylana picked up my case at the midpoint but did a great job familiarizing herself with the specifics. Dylana is very responsive and punctual. Dylana made her arguments clearly and direct to the point when we were in the courtroom. We ended up settling the case in mediation and were able to avoid a costly trial. We completed the case during covid lockdowns which made things take a bit longer than they might've but she did a great job keeping me informed about the case and we pushed thru to the end. I would definitely recommend Dylana Jones to be considered as your counsel in a family law case.

Dylana made mistakes in handling my case when she took it over from another attorney who had done a great job and then did not finish it. In fact, she promised me she would secure my interests in a way that I later found out was not practical and made up legal forms. Stay away! I was fortunate enough that she left the firm I work with and I was able to have her mistakes corrected at no cost.
