Scott has served as corporate and business counsel for a number of corporate and real estate entities I have owned and managed over the past twenty years or so. He has provided services in contract negotiations including leases, numerous buy and sale arrangements, a variety of business contracts, employee contracts, settlement negotiations, and various other matters. He has a broad based skill set and also provides guidance to other counsel when needed. Scott is a fair minded attorney who considers options and helps to find legal approaches that are effective and do not generate unnecessary legal fees.
