Ive reached out to a number of firms with a personal matter of concern (vague I know) with little response other than “we can’t represent you but you may have a case; keep looking.” Mosley was on my list through internet research and I was contacted back by Bart Waldon who was really helpful in pointing me in the direction I should go. While I won’t be a client of theirs (or however respresenting a plaintiff (?) works lol) but he did hear me out and like I said pointed my in the right direction and explained how situations like mine often work out and through which types of cases and stuff like that. I appreciate his help andBart even said I could reach out with questions on the resources he gave me (I know I’m being super vague but like I said it’s personal and none of your business lol). I do recommend reaching out to them if you think they can help you or at least see if Bart/Moseley Law can guide you in the direction you need to go.

I called Moseley Collins Law in hopes of finding out if I had a medical malpractice suit and what my next steps should be. Completely new territory for me. Patricia Ynzunza phoned me back soon after the holiday weekend. She explained to me, very candidly that however unfortunate it was that I had experienced (and was continuing to experience) the results of a botched surgery, that it was not really a suit that their firm would pursue. They were more of a specialty firm, if you will. She spent quite a bit of time with me on the phone, explaining how these sorts of things worked and provided me with a list of mal attorneys in the state of Washington. I was very impressed with Patricia and in fact a day or two later, she followed up to see if I needed any other questions answered.
