I highly recommend Elise to help guide anyone through a divorce. Elise really helped me to understand the process, financial implications, and how all my decisions would affect my child. She really helped me to respond to a difficult situation with intelligence and tact, while lending a sympathetic and caring ear. It was so nice to be confident in her knowledge of the law, and her understanding of my situation.

TL;DR: Case Dismissed!! I would give 10 stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and hire Aaron, he is the best DUI lawyer in WA. ​ Since I reached out to Aaron he believed in my innocence. He guaranteed me that he would left no stone unturned on my case, and that's exactly what he did. Aaron asked me for a detailed recollection of everything that happened with me, he doesn't want to miss any angle of the defense that might be helpful. Aaron will be realistic with you and layout the possible outcomes. However, he doesn't settle there, on my case he went for the gold, and got the case dismissed. I was indeed fully innocent, but being able to prove that on a court of law is where Aaron excels.​ My case was complex with a lot to work with, and Aaron would diligently review every single piece of evidence. ​ Moreover, he is always available, call him and he will either answer or call you back in 10 minutes. I went through a differed prosecution for a DUI 5 years ago. My original lawyer skipped town and was disbarred. Kevin took her place with representing me. Couldn't be happier. Kevin knows alot of people in the municipal courts which always helps. I just wish I could have hired him sooner. For the money I paid, it was worth every cent!

I called Thursday AM and gave the details of my case to the paralegal and she put me on the calendar for Mr. Trombold to call me at 4pm later that same day for a consultation, which was surprisingly quick. I was at the airport when he called and found a nice quiet spot assuming it would take a little while. The call lasted under 2 minutes in total! This is because, while I was in the middle of answering one of Mr. Trombold's questions, he abruptly interrupted me and said he "had a very important meeting he needed to get back to" and quickly hung up the phone. I found this extremely rude and unprofessional, as anyone would. After thinking about it, why would he schedule my consultation in the middle of an important meeting in the first place and why would he not apologize if it was unforseen and reschedule my consultation? And if he had decided after 2 quick questions he didn't want to take my case, why not just say that? I never heard back from him or his office in the following 4 days. Needless to say, I don't recommend Mr. Trombold after this experience, as it left his character very exposed.

This attorney was hired to represent me and he was paidna $2,500 retainer fee. His had no sense of urgency and by the time he did get around to meeting with me i made the decision he was not a good fit and I termimated him. Its been over 6 weeks and he does not return calls or respond to messages. He spent less than 30 minites on this matter and he needs to refund the majority of what he was paid.

Very unprofessional, I paid $1,500 for the attorney to “look into a case” as he requested. 2 full months have gone by and “they have been to busy to look into it or speak to someone” I called today for a refund sense they haven’t been able to do anything. We have never seen the attorney, and have only been able to speak to him 2 times for about 5 minutes over the phone. I have never experienced this working with any attorney EVER! His receptionist said she will have him give me a call back, but as usual, that means I won’t get one. Sense he seems to be in a meeting every time we try to reach out to him. So time to move on to a different attorney and fight for my money back.

Aaron was a beacon of light amidst one of the darkest moments of my life. I am not sure words alone can fully explain my experience with him as my attorney. He was kind, understanding without judgement, and most importantly, he was honest. No false promises, no legal jargon, just the facts and how he was going to do everything in his power to make the best out of a terrible situation. He communicated frequently in an open and honest manner about each and every step along the way. What struck me most about Aaron however, was his command in the court room. Often there are several lawyers and clients within one room, yet Aaron's presence and voice was far different than the other attorneys. He speaks with strength and conviction while never coming across as arrogant or abrasive. He is simply the best there is and I will forever be thankful for his counsel and guidance as my attorney.
