Terrible attorney!! If you want to win don’t pick Kevin. He charged me $12,000 then rolled over at trial. He’s like Gino Smith he might get you in the playoffs but you’ll never get a ring.

Jason helped a young man who had a minor run in with the law. He and a few friends trespassed on public property and ran away from the police. He guided the young man through an apology to the stewards of the property and a genuine effort to make amends by doing something nice to the government employees who were inconvenienced. He then worked with the prosecuting authorities to convince them that the youth all had no records, had not offended again and were gainfully engaged in advanced studies as well as in public service role. The prosecutor dropped the case even though it would have been an open and shut misdemeanor conviction. He did this by coordinating with the lawyers hired by the other youth and by working with the police department and prosecutor. Worth every dollar to avoid a criminal record for a youthful indiscretion at 18.
