I needed to get my No Contact Order (NCO) terminated. I called a few law firms and none of those attorneys felt right. Either because they are just unsure about their abilities, or I felt like they were hard to talk to and work with. I'm so very happy for reaching out to Beckwith Law Firm, specifically Nadine L. Bertman. From the very first conversation, she made me felt comfortable. Of course, there are no guaranteed to the outcome of the case, but Nadine was very easy to talk to. She was poised, calmed and collective. More importantly, she listened to what I had to say. She was very thorough in explaining what the steps were and what I can expect. This case keeps getting dragged on by the court and it took over 4 months but, in the end, it worked out perfectly. During the multiple court dates, her arguments were on par and conclusive. She was very professional and stated all the facts that the court needed in detail to get the “W” for me. Never ONCE did she not perform her duties as my attorney. I felt like she worked harder as the case dragged on. Most attorneys want to rush you off the phone and charge you as much as possible. Nadine was more than fair, and she put in the extra work without bickering over the cost – not one time! She was worth every bit of the fees and more.
