No followup. Made me do all the paper work for my SSD case. Was unable to secure payroll records from my employer.My ERI$A lawyer did all the leg work for them all they did was submit the findings and collect the 6k fee. I'm happy I got my SSD benefits but I felt it was more of a ss mill than a real law firm.

I consulted with John and he immediately instilled trust, integrity and hope in me that his firm was the one to represent me in my disability case. He and Robyn were always available to answer questions and keep me updated on a long process, that I could not of navigated without their representation. I am so glad I hired their firm to represent me, and highly recommend them to anyone filing for disability.

After being denied twice, I was ready to give up. John Chihak and his wonderful staff changed all that. My doctor referred me to them and they got my claim approved. Then they helped me with enrolling in Medicare at no cost to me. They are the best!

When I first talked to the lawyer he was so helpful even though my English is not very well. So far I'm so happy with his service when I call his office and leave a message he'll get back to me right. So so far he's been really helpful with my case and hopefully he'll will help me when this case.

Mr. Chihak went to bat for us and hit a home run. He went above and beyond. Even several years after he closed the case we called him for help again and he took care of the trouble and charged us nothing. I can't say how much the world needs more John Chihaks in it. I have referred him to several other people... all of them share my opinion. John literally changed our lives. Mr Chihak handled my SSDI case flawlessly. Kept me informed but had his staff do most of the work. I got positive results much quicker than I expected.

I would greatly recommend John Chihak. He works for his clients and will do all he can for their betterment He does not accept government sloppy work or bad Dr.s He is available when you need him and returns calls promptly
