Josh has been my go-to lawyer for four years on matters of corporate consultation and advice. Many large law firms do not take on small businesses, but Josh has remained readily available to me and my small business concerns. I find him to be thoughtful, knowledgeable, creative and responsive. If I ask a question outside of his specialty, he willingly consults another specialist in the firm to get the answers I need. Josh is a great resource for me and I highly recommend him.
