He is unprofessional unprepared and on cocaine. Would not return to his services. He had his shirt unbuttoned and it was weird just staring at his pale hairy chest to be honest I had to hold back from laughing.

We love the work Keon has done for us. Even though while he has many cases on his hands, he still spared his weekend time, studied our case, comply his previous experience he had with the evildoers defendant’s doing and provided truthful evidence in court, he strikes the slinky defendant down. I have bought the foreclosed house from the bank with the occupants. They were very dishonest and tough people. If you would ask me to rate this case from 1-10, like 1 is the easy and 10 the toughest, I would say 20, Really it was that kind of case, but Mr. Knutson, didn't give up, he was there from the beginning to the end, he was really doing his best and beyond and above his practice. Since I had no experience in this before, and this case was really difficult, I was bothering Mr. Knutson so much, but he was very patient, nice and professional. If I would have another case for the lawyer, Mr. Knutson would be the first one on my call list again ( not sure if he would be happy about it) . My issue appears to be resolved without any legal need, however I'd recommend him based on his availability, knowledge and trustworthiness. I received a 20 day notice to quit on a lease that just ended. We paid our bills on time, yet the landlord decided to kick us out for his own reasons. Attorney Knutson made himself available to talk on a Sunday and gave my issue full attention. I found him ethical as well. He spent the appropriate time for discovery, then made recommendations that would minimize my expense and increase the likelihood of a successful outcome, despite it minimizing his ability to bill!

I was between a rock and a hard place with my landlord. After getting harrassed by her all day about letting her contractor in at 8:30am instead of 9:30am, I received a voice message from the landlord threatening to sue. I called Keon at 8:30pm on a Saturday! I was expecting to leave a voice mail and wait for him to get back with me, but instead he answered his phone, and answered ALL of my questions, and put me at ease. He was honest, even told me I could have free representation if the landlord tried to evict me--Considering attorneys make a living representing people, he had no reason to inform me about free representation--but, I believe this shows his trustworthiness, and willingness to help and that says volumes about someone's character.
