Mary Anne not only wrote my will, but talked me through all of the decision-making steps. She clearly explained the legalese and helped me set up my estate in such a way that my wishes are clear and will be easy to carry out. Recently, I got in touch with her about the possibility of buying a dream house. She didn't tell me what I necessarily wanted to hear, but she told me what I needed to hear. After a wonderful conversation -- where I asked a lot of questions and she answered each and everyone -- I walked away knowing exactly what I would do next. She's a joy to work with.

Mr Meyler represented me on a property line dispute with a developer. I appreciated his timely responses to me, his willingness to work virtually when possible. He was thorough and efficient and ALWAYS did what he said he would do expediently. He was very available and would let me know if there were times where he might be less available. Sam provided exactly what an attorney should....legal insight and perspective. He was excellent at outlining options in the process. He kept me informed in all the relevant details of the case. Sam is currently representing my fiance in a complex neighbor harassment and adverse possession scenario and was a referral from a close friend. My neighbor fraudulently tried to claim he owned a piece of her land parcel after 6 months of ongoing harassment despite a no contact order. He attempted to build a fence through the middle of my property and planned on building a structure that connected to my garage citing a historical side yard easement agreement with the previous owner. Sam was extremely responsive on a weekend no less, to stop the neighbor trespassing on her property, blocked him legally from adverse possession and was extremely patient in explaining the legal process. He's been extremely patient in translating the legal jargon and outlining the legal options, as well as bringing in specialized counsel in fighting this multi-year case. He's personable, ethical and overall a wonderful person and representation for your legal needs. He would carefully explain her legal options, costs associated, recommended ways to minimize costs throughout the process and ultimately took her direction in all matters. She can't recommend a better attorney based on our experience and overall satisfaction, Sam is a true gem!

We saw M. Vance to make a will. Initially, a total price was communicated (3800$) but later many additional costs (1200$) added for issues which basically arouse due to misspellings and their sequelae- this despite us having provided all information correctly. We did receive some small price reduction, but we remain way overcharged (justified according to some small print). The whole dealings with this office was not very professional and I highly discourage using their services. Lastly, after having reviewed other online reviews, I'm not even sure anymore the legal advice and documents are up to date.

I was looking for advise on what type of lawyer I needed for my situation. I contacted a couple Lawyers and one of the offices wanted me to set up a 900 dollar meeting. They said they handled this. This was the a lady in the office and she could not possibly understand the complexity of my question. The other offices could not give me a answer except Mary Anne Vance. I was impressed when I called Mary Annes' office. Mary Anne personally called me back the same day. She not only gave me advise on what type of lawyer to hire, she gave me some references of who to call because the matter was not in her scope of practice. I like her integrity. I would not hesitate to use her in the future in her scope of practice or recommend her.
