I am so grateful for Will & Will team that I was able to work with in the last 4 months. Michelle and Court Will, are one of the most professional attorneys. Not only did they help me get the best outcome for the charges that were filed against me due to my ex husband's vindictiveness and bad intentions but they were also able to reach out to the prosecutor for an ongoing case and were able to get a court hearing stricken. Yes, it did cost me a lot to try to clear my name but it was all worth it in the end. I definitely recommend Will & Will Law Firm to anyone who is in need of great criminal law attorneys. Earlier this year, while I was in jail my mom contacted Michelle Will and I'm very happy with the outcome! I could tell she really cared, she was very understanding, kept everything professional, and frequently check up on me to make sure we were up to date on how the case was going. I retained the services of the Will & Will criminal defense team during the most life changing experience of my life. After an unfortunate event, I was sucked into the mammoth of the legal system, all for the cracked corner of a phone case. My particular situation was a bit more complex, with moving pieces outside the legal realm. It is from this experience in which my summary is derived. After my arraignment, I had interviewed over 10+ criminal defense attorneys to represent me in my case. Not only was Michelle the most empathetic attorney; she was also the most trust worthy. She quickly synthesized my summary of the event and listed possible outcomes, of which one happened to be the real outcome. I am actually represented by Michelle's husband Court on a separate case but when I was falsely accused of something else I decided to go with their firm again. With Court needing to be somewhere else for my arraignment, Michelle stepped in at a moment's notice. I appreciate I didn't get some random intern but his wife who is a respected attorney in her own right. While Michelle is very kind you can tell right away she is not a pushover. Don't let her petite stature and gentle nature fool you she's a bulldog in the court room. Right away I could tell she commands respect, I even noticed the standing prosecuting attorney double checking certain procedures with Michelle, a former prosecutor herself. Even when the state was going to have my dates on desperate days causing me to miss more work, Michelle fixed that right away with no argument from the state. I most appreciated how at every step of the way Michelle asked me if I had any questions. I have always known Court is a well respected lawyer but so is Michelle. Once again I am in awe of Michelle's professionalism, legal knowledge, court-room demeanor and heart. Michelle just defended my daughter for a second time from new charges stemming from an arrest back in April of this year. Since April, my daughter has been doing wonderfully. However, a mess occurred when more charges were filled four months after the fact that could potentially have require my daughter to spend time in jail. I called Michelle concerning these new late-filled charges and she took control immediately. At court, Michelle worked around a prosecutor who was determined to hold a hard line concerning the charges. Many times throughout the proceedings, Michelle talked to the prosecutor trying to convince him to see this case in light of the tremendous success of my daughter - but to no avail. The prosecutor wasn't interested. Michelle then appealed directly to the judge. Her belief in my daughter was so true and heartfelt that it transferred to the judge who ultimately struck down the prosecutor's recommendations, praised my daughter for her determination and success and set fair, but strong, requirements for my daughter to follow that will help her to continue on the great path she is on. Both Michelle and Court have been a blessing throughout this entire ordeal. I recommend Michelle and Court to anyone who may need their extremely competent services.

I called Michelle (Will & Will, PLLC) right after getting out from jail on an investigation for burglary. Though it was my first offense, I was naturally worried about what the future could hold. I hired Michelle in March 2015 for a felony charge against my son. By June she had gotten the charges dismissed. I found Michelle to be very responsive, speaking with me regarding my concerns and returning phone calls immediately. Michelle is the best attorney I have ever met! I had another run-in with the law about 10 years ago and didn’t have a good experience with the lawyer I hired. Michelle is different. She really cared about me and my case and spent a lot of time talking through everything and letting me know what was going on and what my options were. Based on my old conviction, I was expecting to really have that held against me. But Michelle looked at this case by itself and saw that there were some real problems with the evidence and she ended up getting some evidence “excluded.” After that, she had the case reduced to a misdemeanor and I didn’t spend a day in jail!

Mr. & Mrs. Will did an outstanding job for my son. I am a police officer so I am posting this anonymously for that reason. My son made an incredibly bad choice one night and found himself facing three felony battery charges (along with a few of his friends). The Will’s were referred to me by another officer that they had helped out of a jam a couple of years ago. I don’t condone my son’s actions that night, but the prosecutor’s office was trying to throw the book at him. To be honest I probably would not have given it a second thought if charges were not against my son (I’m not proud of that, but I had become somewhat jaded as an officer). Luckily, the Will’s had my son’s best interest in mind and discovered through their investigation that he was not nearly as culpable as his friends were. After several negotiations with the State, in the end my son was able to walk away with not much more than a slap on the wrist (and a hard lesson learned). His friends didn’t fare as well.
