I called the number listed on google after being referred to this office. I don’t know if it’s his secretary who picked up, but she was absolutely rude and disrespectful. She was not communicating well nor was she listening to anything that I said. I’ve never experienced customer service like this. She cut me off every 2 seconds I couldn’t even get a word in. She was just really rude.

Heard great things from a family friend who he helped. I called to inquire help with my husband's immigration problem and the female person who answered ended up telling me that I should just wait to see if President Biden would change some laws to help us out. That's not what I want to hear. I'm approaching the law firm for help and want to start some process to get things rolling. I clearly asked ar this point, "so you're saying you can't help us?" To which she only replied you need to apply for ___. Me trying, "ok, that's what I want, can we get started?" Crickets. The person answering the phone was not trying to give me an appointment. How rude and disheartening. This is a horrible.
