Neil was super helpful when I had a few questions regarding confidentiality agreements. He made time for me quickly and ran me through the issues at hand in a way that was easy to understand for someone from abroad who doesn't have too much of a concept of how American law works. I would definitely come back with other matters because I feel I would be in very good hands.

A few years ago I ran into a complication attempting to cancel my daughters Tae Kwon Do membership. According to the contract, you could cancel at anytime with 30 days notice after completion of one year. On the 13th month I hand delivered a letter stating that due to my daughter’s non-interest in participating any longer, I was cancelling the contract. 2 months later, I received a letter from their attorney attempting to collect a full year of membership fees and claiming I had a delinquent account. I quickly contacted Mr. Juneja of Gleam law. After sending him all the information I had on the case, he drafted a letter which he sent to the other attorney’s office. Upon receipt of his letter, I have never heard from that company or their attorney again.
