Rick represented me and former colleagues in a complex employment case that was drawn out over an extended period of time. We had a wonderful team of amazing attorneys, but throughout the proceedings Rick was our go-to person for calm, thoughtful, solid insight into the matters at hand. He was always exceedingly professional, an excellent communicator, and committed to the case (as well as us as individual clients). He provided a realistic perspective and assurance when we needed it and stuck by our side for the many years that it took to resolve the case. Because of the longevity of the relationship we went been through many highs and lows, and I appreciated his consistency to the end.
