It is a brilliant experience with Emerald City Law. Sonya is the one I contacted with and she took care of everything, kept me informed along the way through email. I just need to give her my ticket case number and then waiting for the good news. Really a professional company. Highly recommend!

Uncommunicative, incompetent, ineffective, and a waste of time!
Just a garbage 'service' all around. I retained them, they didn't take *any* information from me, wasted months when they didn't return phone calls, had to be badgered into sending mail, had me take some online driving course for an additional fee, lost the fact that they'd done so, asked me to do it again, and ultimately did nothing to help with the ticket. Not a surprise, since they'd collected no information from me.

I received a ticket due to a wrong turn. I would have fought the ticket myself, but did not have enough time. The paralegal Sonya explained the process very well over the phone. They took care of everything. I did not even have to go to court. They were able to remove points from my ticket. Sonya kept me informed. It was a pleasant service.

I used Emerald City Law Group to resolve a traffic ticket I received. They were super easy to work with; I filled out a few forms, paid them a flat fee and they took care of the rest. My ticket was reduced to a non-moving violation and my driving record will stay clean. I'm pleased with the results.
