Robert Dickson took time out of his day to listen to my easement issues and not only give me advice but reassuring me that we need to take one step at a time. I appreciate him and the time he gave to me.

I have been a client of the Dickson Law Group for some years, and can say they have been professional, prompt, and confident in the things I had to deal with was required legal assistance. I found their understanding of real estate matters, across the board, to be thorough. I felt their attorneys were also considerably knowledgeable in real estate and business matters. I particularly apply the efforts of Robert Dickson for my cases, and Tom Dickson for the policies in that firm as they guided me well in the matters I had to take care of. I can say they were prompt as well when I needed contact with them. I would recommend this firm to anybody.

I would recommend Rob to anyone. My family had a tricky real estate issue involving a commercial rental property. The people we rented it to stopped paying rent and were basically abusing the property. We discussed our options with Rob regarding how to get them out of the property (without spending an arm and a leg) and he came up with a strategy to entice them to vacate the premises without having to go to court. He not only saved us the headache of having to tangle with the tenants in court, but the cost involved in an eviction as well. One more thing: he was very responsive to our emails and phone calls. That may not seem like much to the average person, but it means a ton to me and my family. Going through this type of an experience is awful (we aren't professional landlords) so it helps to have someone on our side who's an ally and who'll actually return phone calls/email in a timely manner. Hopefully we never have to deal with a situation like this in the future. However, if we do, we know exactly who to call for help.

My husband and I purchased a house at the height of the real estate boom. Though we never thought this would happen to us, we sent through some personal challenges and ended up not being able to make our mortgage payments. After trying to get results from the bank directly (and failing), we were referred to the Dickson Law Group by a friend who'd worked with them in the past. Our attorney was Rob Dickson. We don't know what he did, but it worked. After about a month of negotiation between Rob and the bank, we received an offer that reduced our monthly payments down to an amount we could afford. I usually don't post reviews on sites like this, but given what he did to help me and my family, I thought it was the least I could do. (Oh, and he also has a great staff, particularly his paralegal who helped us with the paperwork and was so responsive to our questions.)

Mr. Dickson handled a easement issue I had with my property. He was relentless in going after the opposing side and he ended up not only winning the case, but getting an award for attorney's fees. He is truly a credit to his profession in Washington State. I would recommend him for anyone needing assistance in real estate, construction law, or commercial litigation.
