I had a very complicated situation with my previous employer, which made my case difficult at best. Robyn spent 10 months defending my employee rights and never gave up through multiple hearings and appeals. She was always professional to me as well as the other people attending the hearings. She read all of the exhibits and researched my situation so as to represent me with a clear understanding of my case. When additional exhibits were presented by the employer, she would follow up with me in order to ensure that there were no surprises at the hearing. Robyn worked very hard for me, and she made sure that I never felt alone though out this whole complicated and confusing process.

I was caught in a bureaucratic nightmare facing a potentially expensive benefit overpayment issue with the State Employment Security. It was complicated and all my attempts to get it worked out without a hearing failed. With minimal review of my case, Robyn astutely zeroed in on the salient points of law, broke it down and explained the concepts in language I could understand and quickly prepped me to self-advocate in my hearing. She responded quickly on short notice when I had scheduling changes and answered follow-up questions succinctly. Most important, the points of law she armed me with impressed the Judge and I ended up winning my case on those points.
