Ryan Robertson took on my son's case when others would not. He was very professional, honest and patient as he guided us through the process. He was very good about responding to emails and setting up calls with us. Although we were told it was likely a difficult ase to win, Ryan's thoroughness in preparation was impressively exemplary and we won!! There are not adequate words of gratitude - he is the best!

Ryan was very professional, honest and discussed everything about my case through the process. It was hard to find a lawyer as my case was very hard to win. Ryan never gave up on my case even after we were denied the first time. This case lasted almost 10 years and we finally got it approved. I am very thankful for Ryans work.

I recently hired Ryan and could not be happier! From the very start, Ryan took the time to explain the process and review my cases in depth with me. He was always easy to reach and got back to me in a timely matter. I would recommend Ryan to family, friends, and anyone who is reading this review! 10/10 service & professionalism.

Ryan was able to win my case that other attorneys could not. I felt he handled the case in the best way possible. I definitely recommend Mr. Robertson as a lawyer.

After a bad experience with another attorney, I hired Ryan Robertson to handle my case. My case was fairly complicated, but Ryan was patient with listening to my concerns and he always took the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. In the end, Ryan won my case and got the results that I had all but given up on. I would not hesitate to recommend Ryan Robertson with confidence. Very helpful and always professional.

I had an old misdemeanor case that was preventing me from both job promotions and a secure future. This case was not something you can admit to on a job application. I was looking at all kinds of of potential trouble, in this world full of background checks and criminal databases, and no one cares that I am no longer anything like that guy from way back. I called Ryan Robertson from out of state, to talk about vacating a conviction, based on some Internet searching making clear he had the specific experience and record needed. He advised me on the process, and even suggested I try a "record deletion" request on my own before hiring his services. When that didn't work, he advised me exactly what my options were and realistically, what my chances were. He quoted a fair payment plan that allowed for substantially reduced fees if the preliminary research showed little chance for a successful outcome. I won the vacation of this one past criminal stain on my record, thanks to Ryan Robertson and his law office. They helped all along. They kept me informed of the progress. They were friendly and professional, making an uncomfortable subject much easier to deal with. I would highly recommend Mr. Robertson to anyone needing legal counsel for a current or a past criminal defense. He truly was the best attorney I could possibly find, and I feel lucky I found him.

I did some research on vacating convictions prior to contacting any attorneys. Although in many cases you can file a motion with the appropriate court on your own behalf, I would not recommend it. I was referred to Ryan by another attorney after it became evident that he was not an expert in this area. Ryan was clearly knowledgeable with the laws and administrative requirements in this matter. He quickly gained my confidence and respect by effectively communicating the various options and possible ramifications of each choice. Although a successful outcome is never guaranteed, the judge granted the motion to vacate the conviction. I followed up and confirmed Ryan’s office provided the proper notifications to law enforcement reporting agencies. Even if the outcome was unfavorable I am confident it would not be due to a lack of effort on Ryan’s part and I would still recommend him without reservation. I am glad for the opportunity to let others know that he and his staff are competent, trustworthy, thorough and professional throughout the process.

Besides being a terrific lawyer Ryan, who was going through the stress of losing his father at the time, is a good guy. Briefly my issue was staying the revocation of my Driver's License due to "irreparable injury." He presented my case in court and at one point in his argument the judge saw that Ryan was presenting an argument that she had probably never heard and she paused. Unfortunately she didn't have the guts to admit that his argument carried weight and it made a lot of sense. I was sitting anonymously in the back and I thought, "he's got her." But she folded her hand and upheld for the State but complimented him on his work. "I'm thinking, right you tell him what a great job he did and then deny his argument. That makes a lot of sense." I lost my license for a year but it wasn't because of Ryan. I don't plan on getting into this situation again but if I did I'd be calling him at 3 o'clock in the morning and there is no doubt he would be there to back me up.

I work in the legal industry, so finding a great attorney became even harder and quite frankly embarrassing given the charges I was facing. Ryan came very highly recommended to me by one of the best DUI attorneys in the state because of his compassion for clients and his ability to handle each case on its merits. At the time of my charge, my family and my life was falling apart, and I needed someone to understand the details. Not only was he compassionate, understanding, and professional, Ryan was very truthful with me when it came to a possible outcome/resolution of the case. The prosecutor was a beast that Ryan was able to somehow tame. No sugarcoating...however, he made sure that I took EVERY step to fulfill and surpass any and all standards and recommendations. Those steps helped the case, but more importantly helped me personally. What I viewed as a tragedy when it occurred, became one of the best things that happened to me because I realized the underlying problems in my life. Every time I went to court and passed security, I was told by the court staff that I had the "best" attorney, and when he showed up, I could see he was well known, but more importantly, well respected. While I hope I do not need his services in the future, I refer my client and collegues to Ryan's firm...with amazing feedback...

I would first like to say that not only is this man the best lawyer I have ever had but he is a tremendous human being as well. Ryan took my case when I was at the lowest and darkest point of my life emotionally, spiritually and financially. I have been a professional firefighter for 15 years and am also a recovering alcoholic with over 2 years of sobriety. I had literally lost everything due to my drinking and was also placed on an unpaid LOA from the department at the time when these charges occured. He showed a compassion for myself and my family unlike any attorney I had ever had before and agreed to take my case when all seemed lost for me and reassured me and my family every step of the way. The positive impact he had on me I still carry with me today and he was absolutely a shining star through the whole process both in the courtroom and out. I was at the darkest and lowest point of my entire life and he helped me to believe in myself and supported my recovery process and my sobriety 100 percent, I felt he truly cared not just as a lawyer professionally but personally as well which I have never experienced with my previous lawyers. The dark days are now behind me as I am now fully reinstated and have been back working with the department for over a year and a half now as the felony charge was inaccurate and he was able to discern fact from fiction in the courtroom and provide the truth about what happened that fateful day. I finially took full responsibility for my drinking problem and continue to take my life in sobriety one day at a time still and remain close to the program which has saved my life and restored my career and my family. If it wasnt for Ryans support and strength at that time I truly believe I would not be where I am at today. He not only saved me legally; but he also helped save my life. Ryan Robertson is more than just a good lawyer he is a compasionate; caring famliy man who cares about his clients. I am honored to have had the oppportunity to have this man represent me and would recommend Ryan to anyone who wishes to have the best legal representaion humanly possible; he truly is the best. I am honored to be able to provide this review for him.
