Tim is a rock star. Initially he told me what’s the plan of action would be and what are best and worst case scenarios. He stuck to the plan and executed it flawlessly. Tim was able to re-open 4 of my criminal cases and amended sentencing or vacated charges all together. He went above and beyond to get the best result’s possible. In result, I was able to successfully pursue my immigration case. Which was. 20 year battle. Over all, Tim played a life changing role in my life and will be forever grateful.

We talked to Tim about my brother who was detained by I.C.E. i,e. immigration customs enforcement for a 20 year old conviction back in 1998. Since that time after that he has been a model person. We needed help urgently for I.C.E was deporting him by mid Dec. 2018. Tim said he can help him and go work on vacating this old conviction. He was very effective, aggressive and knowledgeable. He got the old conviction vacated from Pierce County in record timing and saved by brother from Deportation. We are eternally grateful for his help. I came across Tim and his firm from a basic Google search. I lived outside Washington and did not know any lawyers in the state of Washington. I was facing a personally damaging charge that would have affected my reputation in a very negative way and was very concerned about this. I was also concerned about using a lawyer off of a search that I had never met face to face before. My concerns turned out to be unfounded as Tim represented me in an excellent manner. I would hire Tim again in a heartbeat, and if history repeats itself I may need to do so. My situation is one that demonstrates what happens when a poor judge is sitting on the bench. There was no evidence of my guilt, and in fact, my neighbor got caught lying in court and the judge did nothing. Instead of making the right decision the judge got angry and punished me for the fiasco my neighbors have caused. Tim looked at my case, looked at the law, saw there was no evidence for the judges decision and won my appeal. Since the Nightmare on the road known as 227th Place SE in Maple Valley continues we anticipate that when the order against our neighbors ends, they will begin their chaos again. I hope I don't need Tim again, but wouldn't hesitate to rehire him.
