Can’t even explain how much I own my freedom to Tim Leary! I was wrongly accused of assault in second degree...one public attorney recommended Tim and boy am I glad I hired him! From they start it felt like Tim was just a friend with amazing background in criminal defense! He told me all the possible outcomes and what route we will be taking! I was looking at at least 9 months in jail and was hopeless...at the end of it all I received some community service hours and NO FELONY charge!!!!!! THANK YOU TIM!

In the middle of a nasty divorce, the pending Ex filed charges of Domestic Violence and others in an attempt to discredit me, have me fired from my job and have me removed from my home. Mr Leary came highly recommended by another attorney and he did not disappoint. Mr. Leary worked quickly and soon temporary protection order was dropped. After a lengthy correspondence with the investigating agencies, Mr Leary had the case dropped as well before ever seeing the inside of the courtroom.
