Mike provided clear guidance and even-handed explanations as I navigated my first trademark filing. He listened well and took the time to understood the purpose of the service being trademarked, which I feel was reflected in the coverages we were ultimately received when the trademark was awarded. During the process, an inspector at the USPTO raised a minor issue. Mike understood the "why" of the concern, and handled it quickly. I would absolutely recommend Mike to others, and have continued to use him myself for other IP and contract-related needs.
