He represented me and a fellow board member on a case we were drug into by the people suing as leverage to get the CEO to settle. They felt if his board was accused he would close quicker which was not the case and the reason us board members ended up hiring lawyers. He helped us understand what was going on and always kept us informed. He also had very good staff around him that answered any questions we had very quickly.
