My case was complicated due to many missteps I took in a real estate/renter arrangement and I was threatened with a forced sale in a lawsuit filed by the tenant. When Fred received the inch thick packet from the tenant’s attorney he said in his calm understated way, and I paraphrase, in my years as an attorney I have never seen anything quite like this. He carefully read the five years worth of emails, asked many questions, and ultimately created a clear picture of what had taken place in this exchange. He identified the strengths of our argument and presented them to the tenant’s attorney precisely and forcefully, without confrontation or aggression. I was particularly impressed by his kindness and intelligence throughout the negotiations. Fred kept me informed and responded to any questions or concerns within hours of my inquiry. He listened and respected my point of view. While not offering false hope, Fred encouraged me to allow him to assume the anxiety so I could carry on with my normal daily living. We discussed settlement options to which the other side ultimately agreed and I was able to keep my house---I am exceptionally happy with Fred’s expertise and much relieved by the outcome.
