Nathan Cliber was great to work with putting together a pre-nuptial agreement. He was patient in explaining the law and options, provided great advice and guidance in how to approach it, and iterated quickly. He was upfront about costs, possible outcomes, and timelines. I'd happily work with him again (although hope to never need too)

Words cannot adequately express how fortunate I feel to have found Nathan Cliber to handle my case. Not only was he an absolute pleasure to work with, but he was always upfront and direct about our chances of success and made sure I knew exactly what I was getting into if I wished to pursue certain actions. He was considerate of my time (money), keeping me on track and focused when he could have chosen to sit back and let me ramble while he collected $100s. He approached sensitive topics with empathy and understanding. He somehow always knew when I needed gentle guidance and when I needed a firm reality check (which he did with professionalism and respect). Not only did I feel like he truly cared about me, my case, and my family, but I was confident he was giving me the best chances he possibly could. Nathan had my back every step of the way. If that wasn't enough, he was also so personable that talking to him felt like talking with a good friend I'd known for years. As I write this, we have made it through the largest hurdles and will likely soon be wrapping up and parting ways. As relieved as I am to have these battles almost over, I am also very sad that our time together is ending. I'll miss working with him, but it should go without saying that he will be the first I contact if I need legal assistance again. If you're looking, this is your guy. I couldn't have chosen better.

Nathan, Ululani Akiona, and their team helped me resolve a multitude of issues in my extremely hairy parentage case. During my initial interview, Nathan and Ululani both grasped the whole scenario within minutes, and retained said information down to every last detail. They never forgot anything throughout my entire 2.5 year case. Both Nathan and Ululani are wonderful attorneys who are responsive to their clients needs and are willing to strongly advocate for them. Both are very quick, intelligent, and really fight for their clients. On top of that duo, their team is extraordinary and when things are difficult, they are all there to keep you on track with next steps and what to expect. Nathan and Ululani are very clear, remember everything, are extremely communicative, and never leave you confused or wondering what is going on. They even go so far as to CC you on emails with the opposing party; you are never out of the loop with them. There are no questions when you’re represented by Nathan and/or Ululani. They keep you informed and help you know what is in the best interest of your case. If that wasn’t enough, they go above and beyond, and are always very thorough. Both will straight shoot information, but in a tactful manner. In the midst of my really hairy custody case, it was Nathan and Ululani that really helped ease my fears and stress. Without their reassurance and knowledge, I would have been a wreck. It’s difficult to trust someone you don’t know to help make the best decisions for what will end up being your child’s (and yours) life. But with Nathan and Ululani, I trust them 100%. They both are fantastic, brilliant and very easy to work with. I highly recommend them. I was for sure very lucky to have them representing me.

Stop your search here. Nathan always knew exactly what to put into the responses/filings and his writing style is engaging, effective and efficient. He was able to quickly filter through my emotional garble to get at the facts, evidence and what matters to the court. He slays when in front of a judge, commands respect, isn't easily intimidated and always left me feeling embarrassed for opposing counsel. It was unfortunate that I needed an attorney but through the process and conversations with Nathan, I became so much more aware and informed about my rights and better equipped to deal with co parenting issues moving forward. He is definitely my go-to if I ever (knock on wood) find myself needing family law services again.
