I received literature from the Semrau Law firm which led me to research and find very possible reviews. The firm was very professional and friendly and kept me up to date with the case progress. Mr. Semrau was very knowledgeable and thorough. My case came to the best possible outcome. I would highly recommend Mr. Semrau's services.

I was charged with Charged with DUI, Loitering/Prowling, Removal with Intent to Conceal, Failure to Maintain Lane, No Proof of Insurance, and Expired Tag on 8/15.2015. Scott was very professional throughout the entire process beginning with our first phone communication. After meeting with Scott to review the charges, I felt assured of my decision to retain him as my attorney. He and his office kept me informed of my court dates and all of their filings in which I never had to appear. Scott contacted me on 4/11/2016 to inform me that he had come to a plea agreement with the Prosecutor. All charges were dropped and the DUI was reduced to Reckless Driving. I would recommend speaking with Scott about any pending charges before making your decision on retaining another attorney.

Oh, where to start....my husband and myself had been foster parents for about 7 years. We adopted a special needs daughter that had issues and caused some legal problems. We had 2 amazing little boys that we were in the process of adopting after having for over 3 years and our daughter's special needs caused the removal of the boys. We as well as our daughter's therapist knew this was not right, so we started to fight the system. Since we were not technically the boys parents, it was a much bigger fight than anticipated. We contacted many attorney's and finally met with only a few. When we left Scott's office, we knew this was not his typical kind of cases, but we felt very confident that he was the person we trusted to help restore our family!
