This is my experience with Albert. I had 2 cases in 2 different counties. I wasnt having my voice heard in court. I had changed my life and got sober from heroin, ( 2 years now) and just wanted my accomplishments(1 year rehab and working, paying taxes) to be understood in the court setting. I had no luck being heard because they saw me as who I was when I was under active addiction and not who I was sober. I hired AL because he seemed like a true fighter from his reviews. When he got to working on my case, he voiced all my accomplishments and we both worked together to get a fair outcome. TRUE justice. I am happy with the outcome. Any right minded person who wants real legal help, would not be mistaken to choose Albert. I hope this helps your decision on weather or not to give him a call.

I really wanted to take time and thank Albert for the INSANE deal he obtained for me. I was referred to Albert from a previous co worker. He really was able to assist and guide me in the right direction towards a great resolution. It was my first time ever getting into any legal trouble. Out of a worst case scenario..I was lucky and came out with the best case scenario. Would definitely recommend and refer Albert to anyone who is in search of an attorney who cares.

As of this morning, my debts were officially discharge and the process was much smoother than expected. Richard was very responsive to my questions and there weren't any unexpected fees. Give him a call! Alberto is a true blessing. While roaming the internet, I went through many websites and faces that could have potentially helped me due to the pickle that I was in. Alberto’s website stood out to me. I don’t if it was the blue background that was so unique compared to all the black and grey websites I had seen. Or the fact that he looked friendly in his photo and his bio was easily accessible. As a Spanish speaker, it was reassuring to see the Spanish portions of the website and the reviews. I decided to give him a call past midnight. I was shocked that he answered. I’ve done a lot of questionable things at midnight, but this was the best thing I could have done. Alberto does a great job of easing anxieties and not being judgmental of one’s situation. He is is personable and humorous. He can really alleviate the stress that comes with trial. He was able to present my family member for one of his hearings. He continues to keep us informed and in the loop of what is going on in court. Lastly, he truly cares for the work that he is doing. He is able to foster genuine connections with his clients. He is honest and compassionate. He knows that the legal system can be damaging and traumatic to his clients, especially to BIPOC clients. I would recommend him to everyone. He will call or text whenever he can. If you are thinking of getting a criminal defense lawyer, give him a call. I’m sure he will answer! I promised my wife, my sons mother,  to help my son with this terrible situation he found himself in.  We all live in the SF bay area.  The event happened in Seattle.  We originally thought we could handle all the legal work ourselves but we quickly realized that would be impossible, and we didn’t know any attorneys in Seattle. I was lucky enough to find Albert’s web site late that evening and I called him the next morning.  He answered, introduced himself  and asked me about the problem.  My son and I talked with him for about an hour about the case,  I  knew after that conversation that I wanted him to represent my son. He told us we were not obligated in any way to hire him  and that we should take more time  if needed, to read his personal information including his bio, and his reviews from previous clients.
