We decided to get an attorney after it was clear I was getting handled and not listened to. I had a case with seriously complicated and intricate components that were being ignored and handled like a standard criminal act. I feel I might have gone to jail if it weren't for Albert Guadagno. He would say the things I wanted to say, any time I felt like I really wanted to add clarity. Since he was always listening I found he would say the exact thing I was anxious to say. He treated me and my partner with respect and was a caring counselor in a very frustrating situation. I had a lot going on, and he helped keep it all straight. I suggest anyone looking for an attorney schedule at least a consult, it'll be well worth it.

10/10 stars, I cannot recommend Albert highly enough. My partner needed help and we vetted a few attorney’s before finding Albert. It was a comfortable first visit, he heard us out as we explained what was a very delicate situation and got the best representation I could ask for. When COVID-19 shut everyone down, the case was delayed, but he never stopped being available if we had questions. Tenacious, professional, and talented, by the time he achieved a total dismissal it had been three years since the first hearing! He was fair, courteous and always on our side. I am so very happy we chose Albert!

It is a rare thing to find someone who can take a “bad situation” and make the best outcome possible, but to do it with humor? That takes talent. If I could put more then 5 stars I would!! Amazing attorney! Goes above and beyond on EVERYTHING. He doesn’t mind being bothered 1000x a day for questions regarding your case etc he will answer each and every one of them! He is very informative, likes to get things done as quick as he can & will always have your back in anything. He has helped our family a lot, my step dad not being able to obtain a license for over 11 years and trying lawyers here & there settled on this one & now has his license! He is one happy man. It was a refreshing experience working with Albert Guadagno and his law firm! Many attorneys care only about how much and how fast a client can pay them. I worked with Mr Guadagno on an assault 4 case that I absolutely was not guilty of! He reviewed every aspect of my case and fought with both the prosecution and the Judge that presided! Mr. Guadagno is absolutely amazing. I needed to vacate something from 20 years ago and had absolutely no idea how to go about doing so. I was discouraged after calling different places and receiving no answers to my questions, but when I came across Guadagno Law and gave him a call, I was impressed right from the start. He is kind, funny, extremely helpful; he answered all of my questions and explained the whole process to me before I even payed a cent.
