There is no better DUI lawyer than David O. As a former prosecutor, he has built relationships with that offense that allow him to more effectively mitigate your circumstances. He resolved two DUI for me. I errored at a young age and he allowed me to get out of it. He'll instruct you from start to finish and emphasize handling necessities in advance as to show you're taking it seriously to the judge. You can find "cheaper" lawyers, but they aren't better. You pay for what you get.

Wow! I've been fortunate to only have to work with a few Traffic lawyers, but I'm absolutely pleased with Tony and his work! He knew my area well, was familiar with process, and was willing and able to take on my case for me. From the cuffs to the never-ending court proceedings, having a DUI charge may be a terrifying experience, and I am grateful I had David O by my side every step of the way! I was calling around asking for questions and he was the only one that would answer them over the phone. Got a traffic ticket while on vacation in my personal car that would effect my CDL. Found Tony here. When we spoke, he was very informative as to the court I had to go to, and different things we might be able to do there. While we were prepared for other options, Tony found a fatal problem with the ticket and it was dismissed. He kept me informed throughout, and I fully felt a part of the process. If you just want to hand it off and let Tony deal with your ticket, I'd bet he is good at that too.

There are really not enough words to describe what an outstanding advocate David was to my case! In February 2019, I was charged with a DUI, which is scary enough, but I had also just recently moved to Seattle, started a new position, and along with other factors, just made this all, that much more stressful to deal with. After the incident, my wife started looking through a list of lawyers, and after speaking with David, we knew we had to retain him. After every conversation I had with him, he just provided me with a sense of calmness and reassurance during a really unsure time. In the end, David was able to reduce my second DUI to reckless driving, which was the best outcome I could hope for. Got a DUI, and was a nervous wreck. Obviously it showed, and David was able to be that soothing and knowledgeable expert that you expect out of an attorney representing you... and more. He made it so that I walked out of the consultation at ease, and was always available for any question or concern that I had after hiring him. I got into trouble with a DUI arrest last year, and boy am I glad I found David! He is extremely professional and is dedicated to his craft.
