Austin was the best Lawyer I ever had he worked with me directly he was very transparent And friendly he made me feel like everything was gonna be all right. If I were to ever have problems again I’m coming to him and the firm he works for. I highly recommend anyone who goes through this firm

Dougal was my lawyer. He has been fantastic & amazing! Only issue here is his assistant Christine who is very RUDE, i asked multiple times that i would like to speak with him & she kept asking why him? Each time i talk to her she’s just rude

Although I had a short time looking for a lawyer, I spent the time researching and what caused me to call Bradley Johnson Attorneys and request Lauren Wegener is her "advocasy" for her clients. And boy, did she deliver! My case was not easy and she was able to negotiate the best possible outcome, exceeding my expectations! Terrible experience with a DUI case handled by Dougal Nelerich. My biggest complaint is the terrible and almost non existent communication. Calls and messages were rarely returned and many questions unanswered. This was my first DUI and I was completely new to the process. I should have been shown the police report but have not seen it until recently.If he would have discussed this with me I would have been able to point out blatant lies in the report from the arresting officer and I can’t help but wonder if this would have helped my case. I also don’t understand why this case took over 1 year to close while I’ve noticed that other first time DUI’s have been closed within months.

6K money wasted and disappointed

I cannot express how disappointed I am with the services provided by my DUI lawyer, Dougal Neralich. From start to finish, my experience with him was a complete nightmare. First and foremost, he did not follow through with his job responsibilities in any way, shape, or form. I hired him to represent me during a crucial time in my life and he failed me miserably. 1. Lack of Communication: Throughout the entire process, my lawyer rarely communicated with me. It felt like I had to chase him down just to get an update on my case. Throughout the legal proceedings, Mr. Neralich often ignored my calls and emails, leaving me in the dark about the progress of my case. When I did manage to reach him, his responses were vague, evasive, and lacked substance. It seemed as though he had no interest in keeping me informed or addressing my concerns. 2. Ineffective Representation: When it came to the courtroom, my lawyer's attendance & performance was close to nothing. I had roughly seven court hearings and he attended maybe 3. The remaining hearings were sourced out to another lawyer within the firm and he didn’t even have the audacity to inform me up front that he wouldn’t be in attendance. When he did show up he seemed less than prepared. I even resorted to calling other law firms for advice on what to do with my case. 3. Lack of Empathy: Throughout this challenging ordeal, I expected Mr. Neralich to show some level of empathy and understanding. Instead, he appeared indifferent to my concerns and failed to negotiate effectively with the prosecution, settling for a plea deal that was clearly unfavorable to me. It was as if he was more interested in expediting the case rather than fighting for my rights and interests. Overall, my experience with this DUI lawyer was beyond disappointing. He did not fulfill his job responsibilities, and his lackluster performance had a direct negative impact on my life. I would strongly advise anyone in need of legal representation to steer clear of this attorney and find someone who will genuinely care about their clients and their cases.

Paid 6000 that I couldn’t afford for nothing. Would have had same results with public defender. They don’t deliver what they advertise. Made things a lot harder for me.

Very delayed in returning your calls/emails, exception is when Miguel is ready for you to sign and pressures you to do so blowing up your phone, text and email with messages. Favors male clients.
