I promised my wife, my sons mother,  to help my son with this terrible situation he found himself in.  We all live in the SF bay area.  The event happened in Seattle.  We originally thought we could handle all the legal work ourselves but we quickly realized that would be impossible, and we didn’t know any attorneys in Seattle. I was lucky enough to find Albert’s web site late that evening and I called him the next morning.  He answered, introduced himself  and asked me about the problem.  My son and I talked with him for about an hour about the case,  I  knew after that conversation that I wanted him to represent my son. He told us we were not obligated in any way to hire him  and that we should take more time  if needed, to read his personal information including his bio, and his reviews from previous clients. I did, and hired him the next morning.  He didn’t disappoint us.  He was available 24/7 as the web site says.  His calm personable and reassuring  demeanor was exactly what my  son needed during those stressful days.  He is also a very skilled attorney which he proved over and over again.   He is well liked within his legal community and I can understand why. And one more thing,  Albert is a winner.  We just won our case today. Thank you Albert! My wife thinks I’m a genius when she says “Where did you find this guy”?

Albert came through in a very tough situation and helped us out tremendously. I don’t know where my son would be without all of his hard work on numerous court cases. Catharsis. A true blessing, I am literally entering the new year knowing for a fact that my new year will be even better than I thought with Albert's expertise, dedication and true loyalty to his clients and craft. After this post I am able to tell my remaining family when I will be home. One of the reasons my case lasted as long as it did because although this was my first and only offense, I was arrested, handled and released-as a two time offender with a history of violence. It took months to get it remedied. I was living nightmare already, not including the arrest, but also living the panic of facing prison time for your first offense, minimum. I have never been in trouble and trusted that my identity certainly be known right away. I suffer from PTSD, I am and have been disabled for sometime. Albert not only took this seriously, he was the first person in the entire legal process of the situation to acknowledge it, as it pretty key to helping your client with precision. The moment I called, my situation has improved. He will walk you through every scenario possible and he will listen! He will work with you until your confident about your decisions. Sentencing and probation were concerns of mine early on because I need to return home in another state. I have lost a tremendous amount of my family during covid. One person per month April 2020-September 2020. Albert has made sure this very clear to all parties involved, when someone or somehow the message was lost, it is immediately resolved. When you call Albert, you will breathe easier and feel redeemable for sure. Albert was able to bring my case to a Neg-1. I had been living in my car for three days after running from an assault. Same person compromised my finances, I was in my car instead of my room. No gas for three days. I was hoping to maybe get a bit of a charge on my phone. It was still physical control. This case started in October 2020. I wish I had been in a position to hire him sooner. I been blessed by a loyal community that has made it possible. UPDATE* I recently found out I have a total of 11 family members with covid. Only one person in the hospital. He has been on a ventilator for a few weeks now.
