Just finished my 341 meeting and I gotta say, Richard is the GOAT. Have you ever watched “better call Saul”?, yeah you “Better Call Richard”. First of all very professional and understanding. He made my filing process so easy and stress free. All you have to do is be honest and provide all the paperwork and detail everything needed for your filing. Do Not Lie or leave anything out in your filing. Be up front and honest about everything and your process will go smoothly and swiftly. At one point, creditors would not stop harassing me with phone calls at home and at work. I told Richard about the harassing calls and he told me, “tell them to give me a call”, I told that to the creditors and I never heard from them again. Easily the best decision I’ve ever made in my life and I would recommend him to anyone thinking about or wanting to file BK.

I have known Jon Lewis for 10+ years and I often seek his advice on complex legal matters related to DUI’s and other criminal matters. I learned a lot from Jon as a young attorney. I was shaken when i got my DUI, (thanks to hard cider white claws) —Jon was the first person I spoke to, he made me feel like a human being behind the charge! one thing he recommended was to be patient with the process. I had to relinquish my control and wait the whole process to take effect! My case was passed to Woori( he is part of Lewis and Law) ( such a phenomenal guy) I trusted Woori to push my case forward! later my charges were reduced to 1st degree Negligence Driving. This was the best outcome, I was expecting worse . I think overall allowing the lawyers to do their jobs, be patient, and be professional when engaging with your lawyer is paramount ! I am forever indebted to Woori! and Jon .. I wish everyone the best outcome for their cases! You are the person before the charge , the charge is a sign post that something has to change in your life. pick yourself up and know that the universe has your back !

Absolutely horrific. Pressured me into pleading guilty, (which I refused to do) without going over any evidence. Never answered my calls, only wanted to text. Then out of nowhere, recused himself from my case. Jon Lewis is a terrible attorney who needs to be reported to the WSBA.
