Horrible Horrible Spoke with Catherine Crusher so rude to me and very unprofessional. She laughed and got smart and stated she felt like she was getting questioned on trial. I went elsewhere for my case. She gave me the runaround and acted like she didn't want to help me. Their all about money!! She gave me the paralegal prices and attorney prices when a paralegal doesn't need to be involved it's an open and shut case. I use to work for many lawfirms in downtown Seattle so I know. Not a good experience at all via phone. I can't speak on the attorneys just the Office Manager that screens the cases. Next!!

Very poor experience once I signed the contract and sent my money. Conversation was pretty active up to then. Got assigned Elena back then. Signed the contract and never heard back. Called and sent email but no response. After 2 weeks of silence, I asked for my money back and to break the contract due to lack of communication and lack of urgency. I was quite disappointed. I hired a different firm.
