I came to this firm in an emergency custody change situation. Our family was going through an extremely traumatizing situation that was both complicated, emotional, and time sensitive. They able to navigate the the difficulties of dealing with the other party being out of state, working with law enforcement sensitivities due to the nature of the case, as well as being supportive to a mother going thru a situation no parent should have to face. I really felt like my voice heard in all of my representation, and in the end my children were fully protected, and safe from harm. I had ZERO faith in attorneys due to past experiences. McKenzie Law firm completely changed my view and experience from that. If, and when the time comes when we need legal help again, McKenzie Law firm with be the first place that I will call and the only people that I trust with my family. Thank you!!!

I had a legal issue that needed some urgent help. Neil was extremely helpful and patient and generous with his time. We ended up not having to retain him but that was largely based on all the great help he provided in the first place.

I met with Mr. Sarles only once. He was over priced, pompous and not at all helpful. I had sent him some materials ahead of time. He carried them in with him and told me that he hadn't read them because he "never does." He came across as a person who wasn't going to scratch his nose without asking someone to pay for it. I clearly wasn't important to him.
