I wish I had never attempted to use this practice. The lack of communication and an inability to use a singluar communication method with a multitude paralegals was confusing. I didn't know who to send messages to. I would call several times and only ever reached the billing department a few times. Otherwise you were waiting for them to call you. They rarely attempted to call me and started texting me with an unknown rate listing it as communication on the bill. Random administrative fees and $70 for one email. I sent information in and they took over a month to draft something based of the invoices I received. I retained another firm with a flat rate because my case was apparently so simple and had documents drafted and sent for me to sign within a week. I was lied to about the send out dates for paperwork and I just feel like I got scammed. Best wishes to anyone who uses this practice and I hope your experience is better than mine.
