I didn't know what to do. I thought I could talk to someone and have it fixed. No one would listen. Elizabeth got all the charges dismissed. We didn't have to have a hearing. Elizabeth was the one in the room who knew more than anyone else. She is experienced. Elizabeth was exactly who I needed to fix the problem.
