Back in early June of 2018 I was arrested for a DUI involving a crash(crash was not my fault). I found Jon Lewis and hired him for my case. Him and his fellow attorney Matt Stock were able to get me a deferred prosecution which meant that In exchange for a DUI, I must stay out of trouble for a certain amount of time while fulfilling the conditions of the court. After said amount of time, my case would be dropped to reckless driving. I am extremely thankful for the help/guidance Jon Lewis and his partners have given me. I would and will recommend them to anybody who needs a solid and professional defense attourney!

I was recently charged In Pierce County with DUI and hit and run following a minor traffic accident. I engaged the offices of Lewis and Laws to act In my defense. I contacted L&L legal team after getting charged with a DUI in Snohomish Co. late last year. After an initial consultation & review of my case, Mr. Lewis agreed to take my case as he felt we had a good chance of beating it.He was upfront about all aspects involving my case moving forward & informed if this was what I wanted to do, that I needed to buckle in & be patient. First and foremost, he asked me how I was doing, and was I ok with my work,personal relationships etc., as he knows how stressful these kinds of situations can be.He made me feel at ease and like he cared about his client, for real. At all points during this experience, Mr. Lewis was professional towards both myself & all involved in the criminal justice system and I believe it was his professionalism & experience that helped me win my case.He was always patient with me & answered any questions I had.He very patiently explained things In did not understand at first, and always gave me proper courtesy and respect.He was a pleasure to deal with for sure. Also there were a few instances where Mr. Lewis couldn't make it physically himself & he sent one of his partners, they were all highly professional & personable too..... I still felt ably represented. I truly feel I would not have been able to do this on my own, or with a public defender. Highly, highly recommend Mr. Lewis and his law firm to anyone.

I contacted John in a period where I never had been in trouble with the law, not only did John consult with me, he made things simple an didn’t treat me like a number. John was compassionate and understanding, it was like talking to a friend. He was able to get charges dismissed. Mr. Lewis handled a DUI case for a family member and his attention to detail and compassion for his clients is evident. He has many quality's that made a personal scary situation deem manageable. I was a pretty rough client (having never been arrested in my 36 years) so I probably asked too many questions or thought there would be some kind of a CSI investigation and I would be acquitted, but I now understand there are just too many cases for the city to invest quality time actually researching. Unfortunately I got the shaft on that end, but all in all, he is very professional and I was 90% satisfied with the agreement we reached. Obviously no one wants to pay back their ex right? (i had to pay restitution) especially the cheating whorish-type, but que sera sera. We live and let live. Minor detail compared to jail time. Anyways, good job. Thank you Jon. Jon Lewis is not only very knowledgeable of the law, he is the most compassionate and dedicated human being in his profession. He has helped my daughter against a very conniving evil Issaquah prosecuting atty. Jon has remained by my daughters side throughout the entire ordeal going above and beyond his call of duty. He makes himself personally available to his clients. I have never met another attorney like him. I give him 10 stars not 5. You cannot go wrong by hiring him to assist you. This man knows his business.

My daughter had a dui despite the fact she wasn't driving on a road. That's another story. The atty we had hired evidently had a personal emotional implosion after we hired her and eventually was disbarred. My daughter received the short end of the stick as a result and got the worst consequences in court as a result of poor to no counsel. We hired Jon. This man not only helped to keep my daughter from going to jail, he took the time to care for her emotional well being. He called me to keep me informed as my daughter was petrified of the judicial system not ever being in trouble with the law prior to this situation. We would highly recommend Mr. Lewis.
