I have had the pleasure of working with Betsylew and recommending her to clients for many years and then most recently having her as my personal attorney on a large accident case. She is extremely personable to you her client, but a bull dog when it comes to your case and getting you everything you deserve. She goes the extra mile in making sure no stone is unturned so that every penny you deserve in a case is won. She is honest with you about the possible results up front setting the right expectations. She works to be your advocate at every step of the process, I can't say enough good about her here other than you owe it to yourself to engage Betsylew for all your personal injury legal needs. You will not be disappointed. I would never use another attorney. She is that good!

I have a tendency toward verbosity in my communications; but if I had to distill the fundamentals of why I believe Betsylew to be among the best attorneys in the business, I would say the following: First, she is a genuine person. By that, I mean that she takes an honest and caring position toward you and your injuries. She communicates in a lucid and cogent manner all the relevant information in a way that yields a clear understanding of what the details of your case are and keeps you informed throughout the oft-lengthy process. In my case, it took over eight months (seven from when I retained Betsylew.) I was in an MVC and there were going to be multiple insureds’ policies to deal with. She was a demonstrably fierce negotiator with both insurers and through experience and tenacity was able to obtain a limits settlement on both policies. This means that she obtained the maximum amount of funds that each insured’s policy had stipulated in their respective PIP coverage. This result exceeded my expectations. It ensured that my medical costs (special damages) were completely covered now and in the future and provided a safety net in the form of general damages- up to the limits of each insured’s policy. Her keen insight and base of knowledge is impressive and I thoroughly enjoyed working and communicating with Betsylew. I had several more paragraphs I was going to include; but I realized that the precise details of my case, though ostensibly helpful to some, are not germane to this review. Suffice it to say that I can recommend Betsylew without reservation or hesitation and would retain her services again should I ever require them.

After having an egregious experience with a "known" local attorney, whose firm had absolutely zero communication skills, and left me with nothing but disappointment, I sought for new representation. My daughter was involved in an automobile crash and suffered some serious injuries. Betsylew R. Miale-Gix, helped us along in the process of recovering from those injuries, while allowing my daughter's needs to be kept as the priority. Each time there was a difficult insurance or medical situation , Betsylew knew exactly how to proceed. My daughter has had a remarkable recovery and has been fairly treated by the legal process; that says a lot. Betsylew was efficient and meticulous in the handling of my case. I wasn't always sure of the possible outcomes, but she was very good about explaining different and possible scenarios. I was very pleased with how she approached the other party in my case and came to a reasonable solution that worked for all in a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend her for anyone.

I am very glad that I hired Betsylew to represent my case. Betsylew's knowledge and experience and her attentiveness to my request to not go to trial were key in my decision to choose her services. She was also more personable than other lawyers I interviewed. To me, her human approach really stood out. My case was unusual due to complex health issues caused by the accident. Her Independent Medical Examiner was able to provide an amazing write-up which, solid and clear, informative, and of course, ethical, I think made a big difference in the case's resolution to my satisfaction. A lowlight was that early on, more than once, I was not kept as informed as I would have liked. Also, there were times when Betsylew would seem to come out strongly and discount things out that were part of my experience -- it almost felt as if she was not on my side. I chock the latter up to both poor bedside manner and my disposition in dealing with lots of pain, stress, and overwhelmedness. When I spoke up about these things, Betsylew communicated more and acknowledged where she had fallen short. These were minor relative to the big picture. The big picture: Betsylew took my case at the last minute, went through tons and tons of medical bills and papers that I'd collected over the past years, and, made sense of it all. She developed a concise write-up of the impact to me by the accident and outlined reasonable courses for the responsible party to take. She was willing to meet in Seattle which was a big deal for me, with as much as I was coping with at the time. An extra blessing was that as a result of her willingness to see my case, relatively small compared to many others, as worth her time, I felt hopeful that I was worth fighting for and this helped my healing trajectory take a turn for the better. We achieved a small but helpful settlement while aiming for low stress. With four stars, I offer a very solid recommendation for Betsylew Miale-Gix and her team.

Betsylew did an amazing job, and was constantly in contact with me letting me know what was happening as well as what was needed. I never had a doubt that she was in my corner and fighting for me. It was extremely reasuring to know that she was taking on the corporation to ensure that I could take care of my medical bills.

To my surprise, Betsylew was very patient, understanding and encouraged me all throughout the four years it took to settle my case. I would recommend (and have) Betsylew to anyone looking for representation due to personal injury. She was incredibly thorough ready to take my case as far as necessary to fight for me - because of this we were able to achieve a settlement without having to drag the case through the formal courts. The opposing insurance company could clearly see she was ready for anything. After my case had settled and the checks had cleared issues continued to come up and yes Betsylew continued to fight on my behalf. For this I was incredibly impressed and blessed. She saved my family a tremendous amount of financial and emotional grief even after "her part was done". Additionally her compassion and support for myself and my family was wonderful. I suffered a disabling brain injury and she was willing to do whatever it took to not only represent me but keep as much stress off of my shoulders as possible. Often she would be fighting behind the scenes on complex issues and negotiations for me before burdening me with the details. A blessing, believe me. So if you are reading this you must be "shopping" for an attorney, do give her a call. The firm did not immediately sign me to a contract, rather they answered a lot of questions, gave me some excellent advice, and we both waited to see what my injuries were going to amount to and how the insurance companies were going to react. In the end as my brain injury did not resolve it was clear I was not going to be able to navigate the legal/insurance waters without representation. I have no problems recommending Betsylew and would most certainly seek her out again should the need arise.
