After enduring a challenging and drawn-out process, I feel compelled to share my experience regarding the legal and medical handling of my case. Initially, the compensation awarded to me was a mere fraction of what was distributed to others involved; I received slightly over a thousand dollars, while the lawyer and chiropractor received between twelve to fifteen thousand dollars each. Seeking a fairer outcome, I requested an increase in compensation and considered taking the matter to court. However, I was met with a daunting ultimatum from my lawyer, who threatened to raise his commission from 33% to 50%, implying that pursuing further legal action could leave me with nothing. The demands of this case were not limited to legal frustrations; I was required to attend chiropractic sessions three times a week for nearly a year. The toll on my time and the additional expenses for gas were significant, yet all I received for these inconveniences was a paltry $1,000 compensation. The disparity in the distribution of settlements and the pressures from my legal representation have left me deeply dissatisfied and disillusioned with the process. This experience has highlighted the need for transparency and fairness in legal and medical practices, which seemed markedly absent in my case.

Absolute worst experience ever with an attorney's office. Lost paperwork. Poor communication. I ended up firing them and hiring a much more competent attorney office. Now going to make sure they don't get paid for doing a half +&× job. I ended up doing they're work for them and they still couldn't keep it straight. Tom McPherson is the attorney you need to ask for if you want THE BEST REPRESENTATION! Between him and his incredible assistant, Megan Vixie, they were able to get me POLICY LIMITS on my claim. Nobody wants an attorney but if your injured...you can trust Tom McPherson to maximize your claim potential. My injuries were life changing for me. Tom McPherson showed empathy and went the extra mile including coming to my home to meet my family and get their perspective on how my life had changed. His diligent research and preparedness really paid off when we went to court. He arranged a practice trial beforehand which was very helpful to me and even had a plan on how to select the jurors for our trial. When we got to the actual trial Tom McPherson proved to me that not all attorneys are alike. I felt like I was in a movie as he tore up the opposition and was able to win every important motion WHICH WAS KEY to what was going to be allowed for the jury to see and hear. It was incredible to watch! Every time I thought he missed something he had it covered. He had a systematic approach that addressed every relative concern I had and wanted the jury to hear. Several times during the trial it felt like he even got the judge on our side as he called out the other attorney for their irrelevant statements. It was so awesome!. Megan Vixey, his assistant, NEEDS A RAISE :-) She is incredible!! Watching these 2 work together as a team was wild as she had every document, slide or video ready for the jury to see in a moments notice! The whole process was absolutely flawless. Megan did not have an easy job as I was a handful at times I'm sure. She was always responding to me in a timely manner and helped me during the trial stay focused. Megan Vixey was so on top of everything at every point from the time I hired The Advocates. She is incredible and a huge asset for anyone to have on their side. I can't say enough good things about her. I can't forget Lukas Kret. Lukas helped negotiate down some of the liens that were on my claim and I want to say thank you again! Did I mention that Tom got me POLICY LIMITS on my claim lol?
