I owned a retail shop in downtown Seattle since basically the inception of the recreational market. Been in the industry many years now and have gotten to know i502 extremely well. Going on 5th year. Let me give you a piece of advice on what you cant expect from i502, and what you want to see in your cannabis/marijuana lawyer. One thing i can say, is that the Liquor cannabis board (LCB) is a resource that is supposed to help their licenses, but their inefficiencies, lack of communication, and representation, and major lack of innovation really causes issues that sometimes you will not for-see and cannot prevent. I highly recommend going with Aaron Pelley and Cultiva Law as your legal representation, as he is the best damn cannabis lawyer that i502 has ever seen. Aaron is the type of lawyer that will stick with you with extremely loyal representation through thick and thin. He is there when the time matters most and gets things done. I probably went through about 5 different cannabis firms before I found Aaron and his firm. I have been beyond satisfied with the results. Audits, lawsuits, investigations, you name it, we went through it. This industry puts you through hell at times, but one thing I can say with confidence is that when you commit to Aaron Pelley as your representation, you are committing to your best chances at winning any case. I highly recommend this firm to the highest degree possible, and if I could rate this review 100 stars i certainly would.

Where do I start. We had a dead beat suppose to be partner. He was demanding $100,000.00 buy out for his 10% share in a tier 2, right after being granted the license. He then dropped it to $50,000 in one payment. After two years of these shenanigans we instead invested in Cultiva law. We are settling after some short months having to pay him $5,000.00.
