Tatiana came highly recommended from my sister in law who had a great experience with Tatiana and her staff. I called her the same day as my accident and she was immediately available to talk and give advice on what to do. She also sent out an investigator to assess the damage to my body and vehicle. Everyone I came in contact with was so helpful and professional. If I had any kind of question, everyone was readily available and if they weren't immediately there to respond, they always responded promptly. Tatiana is wonderful! I cannot say enough positive things about her. She shows so much care, compassion & exudes professionalism for her clients. She is very effective at her job and I will use her again if I ever need to & will definitely recommend her to anyone in need of her services.

I had gone to Tatiana Boohoff after Morgan & Morgan had taken my case on. Morgan & Morgan from the beginning had returned my calls for about two weeks then when I tried calling again. To my surprise they had said they will no longer be able to help.I was very upset and then I went to meet with Tatiana Boohoff. When I first walked in I knew I had found the best lawyer. Going over my car accident and what happened to me at Morgan & Morgan, after listening to her questions and explaining what would take place that was the start of a new beginning.There was never a time we're if I had any questions even if I had already had this explained to me she or her staff would respond promptly. Preparing for my first case I then was in another car accident and so now they had two cases with me. This one changed my life for ever. Not only was I scared not knowing what was wrong with me and couldn't get a diagnosis Tatiana called at least once a week to check on me. I was diagnosed finally with Multiple Sclerosis and had to go on disability. I have worked since I was 15years old and now at age 34 I had to retire and still run a household with a husband and two small children. Tatiana and I had to meet up again and go over the new case. When I was speaking with her I tried to keep calm explaing but before I started to tear up she did. It was no act on her end either,I was told this would be a very hard case but she not only learned everything that she could about Multiple Sclerosis (I felt it was not just for the case it was because she cared). If I had not spoken with her every month she would schedule a meeting or something over the phone to keep me updated.When she would go on vacation or if out sick I was always informed and was able to still contact her if needed. The whole staff that works their was outstanding and is very helpful. My case had to go to mediation and the night before my son had to have emergency surgery but was fine. When she spoke with me before going in there she wanted to cancel (due to my M.S. And what toll it takes on your body and plus to be with my son) I told her he is fine and with my husband and I was starting to have attacks that's why I didn't want to reschedule. Tatiana looked at me and said I know it has been long for the cases but your health and family come first. Tatiana said we can end it today and don't worry about the fees and what happens. My cases are now settled . I feel she is very professional,caring ( it's not an act either), and puts all she has in her to take care of your case making sure your absolutely ok with it. I can't say enough about how wonderful and honest she is.I will recommend her to everyone you won't be sorry.

My overall experience was very good. I was rear-ended and found Tatiana on the web. I don’t know if I could do all by myself. Tatiana Boohoff is absolutely amazing. We hired an attorney to assist us in getting some medical bills paid associated with a car accident our 17-year-old daughter was in. The attorney had the case for two years, did very little, and then wrote us to say he was dropping our case because he didn't see the possibility of recovery. We took the case to Tatiana that same week and she had it settled in no time at all, all of the medical fees were paid, her attorneys fees were paid, and our daughter was reimbursed for the expenses associated with her lost wages and pain and suffering. Although the other driver's insurance company did originally replace her car because hers was totaled, they gave her very little and she was not able to get a comparable car to what she had and Tatiana negotiated enough for her to pay cash for a brand new car and insurance for six months. She was so polite, and helpful. She always answered questions and was available to us at all times. Her staff was friendly and on top of things at every turn. REALLY impressed with this office!
